The sixth annual Hoppy Camper fundraiser drew a large crowd to Camp Twin Cedars, bringing together craft beverage enthusiasts and community supporters for an evening benefiting the local nonprofit camp and raising more than $32,000.
Atotal of 530 attendees were on hand for the event, which featured 24 homebrewers alongside six professional breweries: COOP Ale Works, Frenzy Brewing Co., Core4 Brewing, Guthrie Brewing Co., Vortex Alley Brewing and OK Cider Co. The annual fundraiser continues to grow in popularity, highlighting both Oklahoma’s craft brewing scene and support for Twin Cedars’ mission.
Located on more than 300 acres in Guthrie, Twin Cedars has served Oklahomans for over 60 years, providing inclusive outdoor experiences for people of all ages and abilities. The nonprofit camp hosts a variety of programs and events throughout the year, including opportunities for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities to enjoy traditional camp activities in an accessible environment.
The competition portion of Hop- py Camper featured both Brewers Choice and People’s Choice awards.
In the Brewers Choice category, Beer City Brewing earned first place, followed by Moonwalk Brewing in second and Redbud Meadery in third.
Beer City Brewing also captured the People’s Choice award, completing a sweep of the top honors. Redbud Meadery placed second, while Curly Tail Brewing finished third in voting by event attendees.

The funds raised allow us to provide inclusive outdoor experiences for all.”
