Logan County’s Board of Commissioners on Thursday approved the establishment of two private family cemeteries to be located on each of the applicant’s private land.
Commissioners approved a Certificate of Authority to the Thomas and Janet S. Hudson Revocable Trust to establish a private cemetery located in a part of SE/4 of 9-16N-3W; and a Certificate of Authority to Bob and Terresa McGuire to establish a private family cemetery located in a part of SW/4 15-16N-1E.
The cemetery would only be for cremains.
In other matters, Commissioners approved an agreement with Alcohol and Drug Testing Services, LLC (ADTS) for providing drug testing services. They also approved a service provider agreement with Certified Payments for card processing payments for the County Clerk’s office.
