Tickets are on sale for the 89er Days Celebration button and Chuckwagon Feed, which is on April 15 at the Logan County Fairgrounds.
Steve Sibley with the 89ers Celebration planning committee said Chuckwagon tickets are $15 each and 89er buttons are $5 each.
“The tickets are available through businesses in downtown Guthrie like Rick's Fine Chocolates & Coffees, Rose Trellis Antiques & Gifts, Guthrie Chamber of Commerce, or call the American Legion Post 58 at (405)-2822589,” Sibley said. “More Guthrie businesses will have them available throughout the following weeks, just look for the sign in their window announcing the availability of the tickets and buttons.” Sibley said the Chuckwagon Feed will include a silent auction and musical entertainment.
“New this year with the CWF tickets is they not only get you a great meal but they also serve as raffle tickets. Simply put your name and phone number on the back,” he said. “A drawing will be held and the winner announced Saturday after the parade at the Pollard Theatre Recognition event.”
