Dallas, TX – April 28, 2026 – Enviracore Services, a Dallas-based environmental services holding
company built to acquire and grow regional environmental service providers into a unified,
high-performing platform, announced today the acquisition of Environmental Management, LLC
(EMI), a long-established environmental services and hazardous waste management company
headquartered in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
The addition of EMI expands the geographical footprint of Enviracore Services to include an
additional presence in Oklahoma and a nationwide presence with expanded service offerings to
include additional safety consulting specialties, expanded regulated waste services, and
Emergency Response.
Enviracore Services and EMI collectively serve hundreds of customers across a diversified set of
industries. This enhanced scale will allow Enviracore Services to provide greater service while
realizing talent, technology, revenue, and cost benefits.
