Langston University’s annual commencement ceremony will be held on May 4 on the LU Langston campus, and various celebrations for graduates will be held on the Langston, Oklahoma City and Tulsa campuses throughout the week. These events include graduation receptions and medical field pinning ceremonies. Members of the media are invited to attend any or all of these events. Please let us know if you plan to attend. LU-OKC GRADUATE RE-County RECEPTION LU-OKC will host a recognition reception for their graduates to celebrate their achievement. This is not a formal graduation ceremony.

Oklahoma City, OK 73111 LU-TULSA NURSING PINNING CEREMONY A Pinning Ceremony occurs at the end of a student’s nursing program and signifies the completion of this level of education and official initiation into the profession. LU nursing graduates recite the International Nursing Oath at the Pinning Ceremony.

Langston University, I.W. Young Auditorium 701 Sammy Davis Jr Dr Langston, OK 73050 124th COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY The annual formal commencement ceremony will be held in W.E. Anderson Stadium, weather permitting. If it rains, the ceremony will be split into two ceremonies, each held in C.F. Gayles Fieldhouse. Saturday, May 4 at 10 a.m.
