Red Cross Kansas and Oklahoma Disaster Manager discusses urgent need for Volunteers

WHAT: Amercian Red Cross Kansas and Oklahoma regional team member, Johnnie Munn, a Senior Disaster Program Manager will speak about the need for volunteers for our national disaster response as well as in Oklahoma and Kansas. Currently we have 44 disasters and since August 1 our region has responded to 207 home fires. Since August 19, over 5,000 volunteers have been supported disaster relief efforts on the ground and virutally. The Kansas and Oklahoma region currently has more than 30 volunteers and staff deployed in person and virtually.
