Norma Jean Rasmussen was born on March 15, 1931 in Guthrie, Oklahoma to Elmer and Marie (Phillips) Baker. She passed away on July 22, 2020 in Guthrie at the age of 89.

Norma was a housewife and enjoyed crocheting and shopping.

Survivors include son Garey White and wife Myrna of Edmond, daughter Robyn Harris of Shawnee, daughter Tammy Edwards of Guthrie, son Kevin White and wife Janet of Guthrie, sister Maxine Ball and husband Charlie of Guthrie, sister Imogene Moses and husband Bob of Guthrie, sister Linda Griffin and husband Kenny of Guthrie, significant other Max Warren of Guthrie, nine grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Norma was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Marie Baker, husbands Bobby White, Ray White and Reynold Rasmussen.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 10:30 A.M. at Community Church with Pastor Bill Williams officiating. Burial followed at Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
