After starting quarterback Ben Harman left the game with an injury on the Wildcats first play from scrimmage, Cashion Coach Lynn Shackelford turned to junior Brexten Green to lead the offense. The Wildcats didn’t miss a beat, putting up all 42 of their points in the first half, leading to a running clock in the third and fourth quarters.

Green completed 67 percent of his passes, throwing for 147 yards and four touchdowns. Alex Nabavi hauled in two of those scores, while Hayden Aaron and Mason Manning scored the other two. Green also added two scores with his feet, finishing the game with six touchdowns on the night.

Cashion’s defense was equally impressive in the win over Drumright. The Wildcats had 13 tackles for loss, giving up only 45 yards off offense on the night.

The Wildcats will be back in action on Friday when they host Prague High School.
