Plaintiffs further show the Court that said sale was legally made and fairly conducted according to law and according to the orders of the Court and should be confirmed by said Court.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs move the Court to confirm the said sale of real estate and further move the Court to fix and apportion the fees and expenses, including attorney’s fees and other expenses involved in this action, and order the Sheriff of Logan County, Oklahoma to issue a deed to said purchasers.
