2013 Logan County graduations

The Class of 2013 wrapped up graduation ceremonies Friday night at four local high schools. Guthrie High School (GHS) passed out 191 diplomas in front of a full house at Jelsma Stadium Friday night. The GHS band played their second to last performance of the year with the Pomp and Circumstance and then a stirring rendition of ‘America the Beautiful” right before the diplomas were passed out. The GHS seniors that were in the choir sang their rendition of ‘Let it Be” by the Beatles between the Salutatorian and Valedictorian speeches.
