Osburn charged in Craigslist case

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s (OSBI) Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has arrested a fifth person for solicitation for sex with minors using the Craigslist cover. Michael Dean Osburn, 42, of Edmond was arrested this weekend after a two-month investigation. It is alleged that Osburn traveled to Guthrie believing he was meeting a 15-year-old boy for sex. Osburn was arrested in the 200 block of Woodlawn Drive in Guthrie and booked into the Logan County Jail on a complaint of Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act and solicitation of sexual conduct of a minor wi...
