Offering deals on wings and live music on the weekends is how Buffalo’s Southwest Café fills it’s parking lot every night.
It also hosts Happy Hour Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Bash Night on Mondays and Wednesdays where you can eat all the wings you can fit in your stomach for $11.99.
“We are just a Southwest Style food restaurant,” said General Manager J’May Griggs. “(Our wings) are always fresh, never frozen.”
The menu at Buffalo’s offers burgers, chicken, burritos and other dishes. Wings can be tossed in sauces such as mild to death valley, teriyaki, bbq and lemon pepper.
During Happy Hour, domestic pints are $2 and wings are 50 cents each.
One side of the restaurant is a dining area while the other half is an enclosed bar next to an outdoor porch.
“We’re a good place for large groups,” Griggs said.
The restaurant is at 440 Shorter Ave., and is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the saloon is open until 11 p.m. And Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and the saloon is open until midnight.
