Timothy Steven Lynn Moad, 54, of Edmond, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023, in Edmond. He was born January 23, 1969, in Enid, Oklahoma to Horace “Jerry” and Nora (Jones) Moad.
He was deaf and went to deaf schools growing up. He graduated from the Jane Brooks School for the Deaf. He worked as a trim carpenter, a trade that he learned from his brotherin- law, Tony Anceravige. Timothy was very dedicated to his mother, Nora.
Timothy was being taken back to Jane Brooks School when he put his devil’s pitchfork out the car window. His brother, Bear said “smart, smart, smart! Throw your devil stick out the window.”
He is preceded in death by his father Horace, his brother Travis, his aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
Timothy is survived by his mother, Nora; sister, Tammy Williams and husband, Dee; their children, Marylin, Brandon, Heather, Jonathan, and their spouses and children; sister, Teresa Anceravige and husband, Tony; their children, Brandan, Chris, Michael, Cameron, and their spouses and children; and sister, Trista Gilbert and husband, David; their children, Holy, Tyler, Zach, their spouses and children.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Guthrie Christian Church with interment following at Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
