Kyle Emerson White

KyleEmersonWhite was born on August 1, 1984, in Ardmore, Oklahoma to loving parents Kevin and Janet White. Kyle left to go hunt and fish in the sky on November 8, 2022, in Guthrie, Oklahoma.

Kyle married the love of his life, Jill Ochs, on December 1, 2014, in Manhattan, New York. They began a love affair with New York City from that moment on and spent every anniversary there since.

Together, Kyle and Jill had (4) children, Ella Ray, Cruz Maverick, Kannon Vale, and Emerson Jade. Kyle loved and adored Ella and Cruz as his own. Little Kannon is his carbon copy and Emerson Jade his namesake.

Kyle graduated from Guthrie High School in 2002. Upon graduation, Kyle immediately followed in his father’s footsteps as a fourth-generation lineman. Kyle loved driving all over the state pointing out the power lines he built and critiquing the ones he didn’t…. Because he could have built them better.

In 2016, Kyle started Vale Power Lines and of course Justin Blake was there to help. With a lot of hard work, he built the company and was so proud of the work they did. They traveled across the United States to assist with storm repair and contracted through Cimmaron Electric.

Kyle is survived by his wife, Jill, his children Ella, Cruz, Kannon, and Emerson; parents Kevin and Janet White; brother Kristopher White and wife MaKylah; father-inlaw and mother-in-law Dennis and Karen Ochs; sister-in-law Lindsey Mallory and husband Patrick; sister-in-law Lauri White; maternal grandmother Dorothy Watson; uncle Kenton Watson and wife Dani; uncle Charles Watson and wife Kelly; uncle Andy Watson and wife Laura; nephews and nieces: Kaden White, Lilliana White,LedgerWhite,Conner White, Luke White, Bentley White, Paxton Mallory; cousins: Reid Watson, Jade and Stephen Davenport, Avery and Talon Barnard, Chelsey Watson, Josie Watson, and Cameron Watson. Kyle is survived by many more loving family and friends.

Kyle is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Larry Watson, paternal grandmother Norma Jean White, and paternal grandfather Ray White.

Kyle felt so blessed that he lived his entire life in both work and play with his best friends. Kyle especially had a bond with Justin. Justin was always up for Kyle’s shenanigans. They were all too happy when Andrew Allison became a part of this group. We are at peace knowing they are all together for eternity.

He loved his wife, Jill, and would do quite literally anything she wanted. Their trips to New York were some of the best times, and Kyle even learned to love (or tolerate) musicals.

We are so thankful that the weekend prior to his death, he was able to do what he loved most which was hunt, fish, and spend time with his family.

Kyle and Jill traveled all over the place. Kyle joked that if Jill was on the phone, she was looking for a trip. They loved flying the kids to Disneyland, Disneyworld, Laguna Beach, Destin, Orlando, Texas, Colorado, New York, and Hawaii (twice).

Kyle also loved all things fast. He loved Supercross, dirt bikes, any type of boat, motorcycles, and loved rebuilding them and just tinkering at his shop.

Kyle was most at peace on the water at Lake Eufaula with his family. He loved taking his friends and family fishing and boating and would never let anyone pay for anything. Kindness was in his DNA.

Kyle lived every day of his life full throttle with no regrets. He had no fear and loved hard.

The hole he has left will never be filled, but we are so grateful and thankful he was ours. To know him was to love him.
