Gayle Stolp Lowe passed away July 14, 2021. She was the daughter of Bob and Jerrie Stolp. She attended Guthrie High School where she was active in Debate Club. She graduated as Salutatorian in 1973. She spent a year in Greece as a Foreign Exchange Student, and traveled extensively in Europe. She attended OSU where she graduated with a degree in microbiology and began working as a Medical Technologist. She worked in hospitals and labs as Bacteriologist. She married Gerry Lowe in 1980. They resided in Oklahoma, Florida and Kansas for a number of years, and retired to the Rio Grande Valley and then moved to Arizona. After retirement, they RV’ed and enjoying hiking, camping and photographing the scenery. Gayle was an avid rock collector and became very talented in stained glass work. They returned to reside in Guthrie in 2020. She is survived by her husband, her daughter Jennifer, her mother and two sisters, Lori Batchelor and Wendy Swenson.
