Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie. Wilbert was born October 12, 1946 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to R.D. Gaddis and Ruthie Mae Payne - Jones. He passed away Sunday, October 27, 2024 in Guthrie.
