Call backs: Sunday, June 6th at 6:00pm
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Headshot and Resume. Each performer is required to prepare a 3 minute audition. We suggest you prepare both a comic and/or dramatic monologue in the tone of the plays. For callbacks, performers will be asked to read from the script. While knowledge of the source material is not required, we strongly recommend that performers have at least a cursory understanding of the world the play looks to reference.
*Note: Due to time constraints the director(s) may stop performers before the end of the full 3 minutes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
All roles are available at this time. The director is planning to use adult actors for the roles but will see performers 16 and over.
For both productions, the directors will see performers of any race, socioeconomic class, color, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, neurological or physical ability, and education level.
For ‘Dracula’- a modern approach is being taken so that the story truly resonates with ANY audience. A blend of both traditional and nontraditional casting will be implemented. All races, genders and body-types will be seen and are welcomed.
