Manjit S. Hayer, 54, of Edmond and owner of the Jeet Mart on Noble made his first court appearance today in the Logan County District Court. Hayer who is free on a $5,000 bond after his arrest on Monday is being charged with Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
The affidavit indicates more than one illegal substance was found during the execution of the search warrant on Monday.
The Oklahoma Inspector Generals Office has also filed seven felony charges on Hayer for Trafficking food stamps as well.
According to Guthrie Police Chief Don Sweger the investigation is on going. More to come.
