Opening weekend for the Pollard Theatre Company's production of Ghost the Musical has been delayed. Ghost the Musical, which was originally schedule to open this Friday, October 12th, has been rescheduled to allow more time to work on the new musical, and will now begin its public performances on October 19th.

Pollard Theatre Company Producing Artistic Director, W. Jerome Stevenson said, "While this production has grown and developed during its rehearsal process, the Pollard has decided to delay the opening and extend rehearsals to ensure the best possible artistic experience for our patrons as well as a safe and nurturing environment for our artists. A key component of the Pollard's mission continues to be introducing new and diverse works to our community however, at times, this can present significant challenges and more resources, including time, need to be allocated to successfully meet those challenges. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause our family of patrons and supporters."
