    The Logan County Sheriff Department and Oklahoma Highway Patrol received a call at 2:51 p.m. Sunday about a vehicle going around barricades and getting stuck on the railroad tracks at the intersection just north of the Academy and Camp Road intersection in Guthrie. The car was completely smashed by the incoming train. “There were no injuries but the Jeep was totaled,” said Logan County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Richard Stephens. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle before the train hit. Stephens said the train did not derail and it went back in service. The sheriff’s office was present at the scene for about an hour.
