Joyce Ethel Gallant, age 87 of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away on December 2, 2021. She was born on April 20, 1934 in Waterbury, Vermont to William Edward and Gracelyn (Demo) Coffrin.
Joyce married Donald James Gallant in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a homemaker and raised their 5 children. Joyce lived in Guthrie for the past 21 years and previously lived in Phoenix, Arizona. She loved being around family and going on road trip adventures.
Survivors include her 5 children, Donna Brooks and husband Doug of Ohio, Bonnie Tempelton and husband Louis of Arizona, James Gallant of Guthrie, Shelly Wetterlund of Edmond and Joy Lauridsen and husband Mike of Arizona. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, her grandchild Megan and long time companion John Richardson.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Gene Owen officiating. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 11th from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
