Russell Hall, Jr., 74, of Mulhall, Oklahoma passed away peacefully at his home on May 4, 2025. He was born in Midwest City, Oklahoma on January 20, 1951 to Russell Hall, Sr. and Helen Marie (Wallace) Hall.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to honor and celebrate Russell's life.
