Clifton J. Burrus Jr. Born 12-25-87 died 9-17-16 bka Kuntry, he enlisted into the Army in 2009. Received the Purple heart due to injuries sustained by IED 12/18/11 in Kandahar Afghanistan. Father of 3 beautiful children (daughters Kourtney, Lauren and son Kamarian) ( And a beautiful mother Aretha P. Everett )He truly loved his family. He was also a grill master with hopes of making it to competition grilling. Definite dog lover & loved his military brotherhood
When they drove over the IED, I was the first to the MRAP, as I was pulling everyone out of the truck, I pulled Burrus off the top of the truck ( he was in the gunner turret) & stayed with him, until I helped put him on the medavac chopper
