The Guthrie Rotary Club Student of the Week is Laila Griffin. She is the daughter of Terry and Cresenda Griffin. Laila participates in wrestling and was the 2025 Wrestling Homecoming Queen. She participates in yearbook, tennis, science club, Mu Alpha Theta, where she tutors kids in math. Laila is the JROTC Battalion Adjutant. She won the Military Order of World Wars Award of Merit medal. After graduation, Laila will attended OU for Pre-Med and wants to become an Ultrasound Tech.
